The board loading device acts as a mechanical guide to ensure precise alignment of manually fed board materials. It is designed to work in tandem with a cutter extension, allowing boards to be positioned on the conveyor belt while materials are being processed in the cutter’s working area. When an additional cutter extension is installed at the front, it functions as an unloading area, enabling simultaneous loading and unloading during production.

The water-cooled RM-L is equipped with a 3.6 kW spindle. A clamping system using HSK-E25 collets facilitates setup and handling. The router module RM-L with a powerful 3.6 kW spindle is the most efficient system for high-precision routing, polishing, and engraving of aluminum, wood, plastics, and composite materials.

The multi-layer function means we can print 2.5D making your prints look and feel amazing! Think water droplets or that woodgrain effect or just a simple clear coat to make your print POP. The UCJV300 is a versatile inkjet printer having a combined function of both printing and cutting mounted with UV-curable ink. Printing 6 colour + white this is a high spec machine equipped with the 4-layer/5-layer print function in addition to UV LED print and Print&Cut. What you get is a high quality printer capable of printing the simple 1 colour jobs to high quality point of purchase signage.
